Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:

In the unlikely event of a DOA, you must contact jon@stillwateraquatics.net within 2 hours of the first delivery attempt. Provide two clear pictures of the deceased fish—one inside the bag and one outside on a napkin. If all steps are completed, you will receive a store credit minus the shipping cost. If the package is returned to Stillwater Aquatics for any reason, it will immediately void all DOA claims. Note that shipping costs are never covered or refunded.

No Returns:

Please do not attempt to return any fish to us.

Post-Delivery Responsibility:

Once the Discus are placed in your tank, we cannot take any responsibility. All our Discus are quarantined for up to three weeks, treated for parasites, and dewormed. Please quarantine all new arrivals for at least four weeks. We recommend quarantining new fish separately from your current aquarium to allow them to build up their immune systems and prevent any health issues or conflicts with new tank mates.

Wrong Fish Policy:

If you receive the wrong fish, contact us within 24 hours of arrival. If the fish you paid for is more expensive, we will issue a refund for the difference and provide a 10% off coupon for your next order. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations incur a 20% service charge with no exceptions. We do not accept the return of any fish under any circumstances. If there are any delays with FedEx and your package is delayed, you must file a claim directly with them, as this will also void our DOA policy.
